These are motifs from cross-stitch, filet crochet, or knitting patterns which I have converted to pixels.
Copyright/ownership can be unclear when it comes to something like this, which is part of why I want to make them freely available for everyone. I try to work mainly from older and vintage patterns and only take very small parts of the images. It's wonderful to think of art and craft in a cultural conversation across history--less so when we begin using the work of contemporary creators without their permission. I encourage you to keep these guidelines in mind if this method appeals to you.
